everlasting arms

Soon after being saved, Brad Duffy began to volunteer at a nursing home where a local pastor was conducting church services. As Brad began to grow and learn spiritually, he was drawn to begin his own nursing home ministry.

In September, 2013, Brad was asked to teach a Bible study at Devlin Manor in Cumberland, MD. About this time, Brad met his wife-to-be, Becky. Together Brad and Becky began to minister to all the Manor residents who were willing to attend the service. Brad now holds a traditional church service on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month at Devlin Manor at 6:30 P.M., and once a month, on the 2nd Tuesday, at Cumberland Healthcare Center (Formerly Golden Living Center) at 6:30 P.M.

For the past six years, Brad and Becky have taught through six books of the Bible, verse by verse, chapter by chapter.  They have been blessed to see many residents become "regulars" at the Bible study, through the Everlasting Arms ministry. .
